DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital product. You can download the same digital file 5 times before the download link expires. If you encounter any issues downloading the product, please contact us at info@doomwood.ca and we will assist you.

• Wallpapers are delivered instantly as a ZIP file for download
• eBooks are delivered instantly as a PDF file for download

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for digital products. All sales are final. By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any reason.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the product description and any available reviews or samples before making your purchase.

Print books are printed to order and shipped by Bookvault, from the US, Canada or UK. Books can take 3-5 business days to print. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Import duties and taxes may be due upon delivery depending on the shipping location.

Please provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of being provided with inaccurate or incomplete information.

SHIPPING

My shipment is late, what should I do?

If your shipment of books is late, check your tracking details for any updates. If there is no update to your tracking, we can get in touch with our courier representative to get more info - email us at customers@bookvault.app with your number and tracking number for us to raise an investigation.

REFUND POLICY

Any issues with orders should be raised within 14 working days of receiving the goods. 

We would require images and explanation of the defect/damage via email to our main support line at customers@bookvault.app in which we can offer to reprint and send the goods again or refund the order.

To aid the process, please provide as much information including BV order number, ISBN's etc.
